The 8-8.5lb Jumbo Burrito Challenge hosted by Taco House in Appleton, Wisconsin!! I had a 30 minute time limit to feast on 4 huge #burrito tortillas filled with 1lb Mexican rice, 1lb “Drunken” pinto beans, 1lb marinated chicken, 1lb pork al pastor with pineapple chunks, 1lb grilled steak, and lots of sauces too in addition to cheeses and healthy vegetables. I was trying to become the 2nd person to win my $57.99 grilled #Mexican burrito meal free plus a sweet T-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame!
