This week I had a really good prone stand! A prone stand is where you start face down off the edge of the plinth and push yourself up into a standing position. It’s a great way to stretch out tight hamstrings. Normally I struggle to get into a full stand by myself and when I do, a lot of my weight is on my hands to keep me upright.
